The purchase of material is subject to general terms
and conditions stated in the initial Purchase Order.
Minimum shipment weights are: 37,000 pounds for
baled or baled-densified mix and 40,000 pounds for
densified or high density bales.
Deficient weight charges are: Eastern States - shipper
will be charged $.025 cents per pound on the deficient
weight and Western States - shipper will be charged
$.0475 cents per pound.
Shipping tolerances to be + / - 5 percent. Destination
weights apply for payment.
Payment obligation from Buyer to Seller is contingent upon payment from plant or mill to Buyer.
